Terms of service
What you agree to when you buy an ezee subscription, and what we commit to in return. Each section opens with the plain-English version; the binding wording is with legal.
Your account
One account, used by you. Your plan covers the devices you use yourself rather than a household or a team, and you are responsible for keeping your password to yourself.
The Vault is encrypted with a key derived from your master password, which we never receive. If you lose that password we cannot recover your Vault - not as a policy, but because the design does not allow it.

Billing and renewal
Plans are billed monthly or yearly in euro, in advance, at the price shown on the pricing page when you buy. A subscription renews at the end of each period unless you turn renewal off in your account before it ends.
Turning renewal off keeps your plan running to the end of the period you already paid for. Moving from monthly to yearly takes effect at your next renewal. Prices can change, but never within a period you have already paid for.
Payment, tax, price-change and notice clauses

Refunds
Every new purchase carries a 7 day money-back guarantee. Ask within 7 days of buying and you get the full amount back, without having to argue the case.
After that, a subscription runs for the term you paid for. Statutory rights where you live apply on top of this and are not affected by it.
Withdrawal rights and refund procedure
To be supplied by legal, including the statutory right of withdrawal for EU consumers.
Acceptable use
ezee is for keeping your own connection and information private. It is not for attacking other systems, sending spam, or hosting anything illegal through our network.
We have no log of what you browse, so enforcement is limited to what we can see: abuse reports about our network, and payment fraud.

Availability and ending the agreement
We aim to keep the service running continuously, and we will say so openly when it is not. Products described as coming - Cloud Storage today - are not part of what you are buying until they ship.
You can stop at any time by turning renewal off. We would only close an account for serious abuse or unpaid charges, and we would write to you first.
