Support

Got questions? We have the answers.

Billing, devices, the VPN and the Vault. If yours is not here, write to us and a person will answer it.

Billing and plans

Nothing changes. The 7 day window is the period in which you can ask for a full refund on a new purchase. After that your plan runs for the term you paid for and renews unless you turn renewal off.

On yearly billing, yes. The bundle is €89 a year against €118 for the two products bought separately, so you keep €29. On monthly billing the bundle costs the same as the two together, and the benefit is one payment and one login rather than two.

Yes. Switch in your account settings and the yearly price starts at your next renewal. Support can move you across sooner if you would rather not wait.

Turn renewal off in your account. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing is charged after that. There is no phone call and no retention script.

Devices and installing

The devices you use yourself, across desktop, mobile and browser. The Download page lists every platform that is ready today and which ones are still on the way.

Download it again before anything else - an interrupted download is the usual cause. If it still will not run, write to support with your operating system and version and the exact message you see.

No. One account signs you in everywhere, and the Vault syncs between the devices you are signed in on.

ezeeVPN

No. We do not store a record of the sites you visit. We keep the account itself - an email address and a billing record - because a subscription needs one.

A little - encrypting traffic and routing it through another server costs something. For browsing, streaming and calls you should not notice it. If a server feels slow, switch to a closer one.

It does not, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. It hides your traffic from the network you are on. Any service you sign in to still knows exactly who you are.

Password Vault

We cannot recover the Vault for you. Your items are encrypted on your device with a key derived from that password, and we never receive it.

That is the point of the design: a Vault we could unlock is a Vault someone else could unlock. Keep a recovery note somewhere safe and offline.

Yes. Export from your browser or your current manager and import the file into the Vault. Delete the export file afterwards - it is a plain, readable copy of everything you just moved.

Bank and debit cards, wifi passwords, notes, and documents such as an insurance policy or a scan of an ID - the things that otherwise end up in a phone note or a screenshot.

Cloud Storage

There is no date yet, and we would rather say that than invent one. Leave your email on the Cloud Storage page and you get one message when it is ready.

No. Cloud Storage is included for VPN + Vault subscribers when it ships. Treat it as something coming rather than something you are paying for now.
