Privacy policy
The short version: we keep the account you bought with, and not the record of what you do with the products. Each section below says which is which.
What we keep
Your email address, so you can sign in and so we can write to you about the service.
A billing record - what you bought, when, and the invoices, because tax law requires it. Plus the support messages you send us, so a conversation makes sense on the second reply.

What we do not keep
We do not store a record of the sites you visit through ezeeVPN, the addresses you connect to, or what you do while connected. There is no activity log to sell, to leak, or to hand over on request.
That is the whole claim, and it is deliberately narrow: we can only promise about data that we control.
The Vault
Vault items - passwords, cards, notes, files - are encrypted on your device with a key derived from your master password before they are sent to us. We store the encrypted result.
We never receive the master password itself, which is why we cannot reset it or read your Vault, and why losing it means losing the contents.

This website and who else sees your data
The site is built to work without following you around it. Where we need something in the browser - a language preference, for instance - it is used for that and nothing else.
Payments are handled by a payment provider and email by an email provider. They see only what they need to do that job, and they do not get your Vault or a browsing history, because neither exists in a form anyone can read.

Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer.
Deleting the account deletes the Vault with it. We cannot restore it afterwards, so export anything you want to keep first.
